Your candidate information is used to provide the product you request.
AMIScore stores resume materials in private accounts to generate scores, reports, job matches, resume-version comparisons, and monitoring. AMIScore does not sell individual resume data.

Information AMIScore may collect
- Account information, such as name, email, authentication records, and preferences
- Resume files, pasted resume text, profile corrections, career objectives, and uploaded reports
- Scores, reports, job matches, saved or dismissed jobs, alerts, and resume-version history
- Subscription, invoice, and payment-provider status information
- Support requests, security records, and product-use events needed to operate and protect the service
How information is used
- Create and manage the account
- Parse and confirm the attorney profile
- Generate scores, explanations, reports, and resume comparisons
- Match eligible employers and current jobs to the confirmed profile
- Provide alerts, monitoring, billing, support, security, fraud prevention, and compliance
- Improve the service using appropriately controlled and de-identified analysis where permitted
Sharing
Uploading a resume does not make it visible to recruiters or employers. Any recruiter access, employer sharing, job application, or external submission must use a separate, clear action and appropriate authorization.
AMIScore may use service providers that support hosting, storage, security, communications, analytics, document processing, billing, and customer support, subject to appropriate controls and agreements.
Retention and deletion
Account holders may request deletion of account materials through support. Limited records may be retained for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance purposes. Retention periods and deletion effects depend on the record type, the request, and applicable billing, security, fraud-prevention, legal, and compliance obligations.
